  • Review and Reply Data: Once authorized, we retrieve reviews associated with your business locations and process reply-related data when generating or publishing responses.
  • Usage Data: We automatically collect information about your interaction with our Service, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and interaction timestamps.

  • To provide, operate, and maintain authentication and organization-based account management.

3. Google API Data Usage

RevaPanel's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We request Google OAuth authorization solely to act on behalf of the user to retrieve reviews and post authorized replies. We do not use Google API data to build advertising profiles or share it with third-party advertising partners.

4. Data Sharing & Security

Your data is securely isolated using Organization-based silos within our database architecture. We implement industry-standard security measures, including Row Level Security (RLS) on our infrastructure, to protect your personal and business data.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service Providers: Third-party vendors delivering essential infrastructure (e.g., hosting, email services, and AI processing partners like OpenAI for generating replies).
  • Legal Obligations: When compelled by law, subpoena, or other legal process to protect our rights.

5. User Rights & Data Retention

You have the right to access, correct, update, or request deletion of your personal data. You can revoke RevaPanel's access to your Google Business Profile at any time through your Google Account Security settings. Upon account termination or revocation, we will stop fetching new data and securely delete or anonymize existing data as requested, in accordance with applicable laws.
