Welcome to RevaPanel. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (revapanel.com) and the RevaPanel review management platform (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Services Description

RevaPanel provides a business dashboard that helps organizations consolidate, monitor, and respond to customer reviews. The Service uses automated processes and AI to assist you in managing your online reputation. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

2. Account Registration & Organization Management

To use the Service, you must create an account and represent an organization. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. If we suspect your information is fraudulent or abusive, we reserve the right to suspend your access.

3. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms, such as Google Business Profiles, to aggregate your data. If you choose to connect your Google account, you grant RevaPanel permission to access and interact with your data as authorized by the standard Google OAuth scopes. Your use of these third-party platform integrations is subject to their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies.

4. AI-Generated Content

RevaPanel utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate draft responses to customer reviews. By using our AI features, you acknowledge and agree to the following important guidelines:

  • Assistive Nature: AI-generated replies are strictly assistive.
  • No Guarantees: RevaPanel does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, or suitability of any AI-generated response.
  • User Responsibility: The user (and their respective business organization) remains entirely responsible for reviewing, editing, and explicitly approving all content before it is published to a public platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, and trade names used on RevaPanel are our property or the property of our licensors. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent. You retain all ownership rights to the business data and reviews imported into your organization workspace.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RevaPanel and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service, your reliance on AI-generated content, or your unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
